We recently launched a complete redesign of the Hyperion Holdings website, built from the ground up with Next.js 15 and modern web technologies. Check out the website here! The goal was simple: create a fast, SEO-friendly platform that makes it easy for property owners and tenants to find what they need.
Performance was a top priority. The new site uses intelligent code splitting, critical CSS inlining, and optimized images with modern formats like AVIF and WebP. Analytics load off the main thread so they never slow down your experience. The result is a site that feels snappy on any device.
We built 88 dynamic location pages covering communities and counties across Wisconsin. Each page includes local details like population, zip codes, and nearby areas—all generated from a centralized data system. This means we can keep information accurate and up-to-date across the entire site without manual updates.
The property browsing experience got a major upgrade. An interactive gallery showcases communities with smooth animations and auto-play controls, while integrated maps let you explore properties visually. We also added a rental calculator that runs full financial projections—including IRR and cash-on-cash returns—right in your browser.
